DFARS Part 245 - Government Property

     In this webinar, hosted by our good friends at Jennifer Schaus & Associates, Mark Amadeo briefly discusses the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) rules in Part 245 that supplement the generally applicable government property rules under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), including the DFARS regulations covering when and how property becomes government property, the government's assumption of risk for property losses, acceptable contractor property management systems, and the disposition of government property at the end of a government contract.
